Every great love story begins with a moment, and ours began with a chance encounter that changed our lives forever. What started as a simple introduction blossomed into a beautiful journey of love, friendship, and unwavering commitment. Through every season, every challenge, and every joy, we have chosen each other again and again, creating a love story more beautiful than we ever imagined.

Our story began in the Dominican Republic in July 2007, when what seemed like an ordinary day became the start of a lifetime together. A mutual friend, Glenis, introduced us while he was buying water in front of my house. The moment we met, there was an undeniable connection.

One of our first conversations was about my iPod. He offered to add music to it, giving us the perfect excuse to spend more time together. As we got to know each other, our connection grew quickly. When he finally leaned in to kiss me, I stopped him with a smile and told him that before anything else, we needed to define what we were. If he wanted me, he would have to ask properly.

So he did.

He asked me to be his girlfriend, and I happily said yes. From that moment on, we spent every chance we could together, sharing laughter, dreams, and unforgettable memories. When I returned to the United States on August 31, distance only confirmed what we already knew, we were meant to be.

After six wonderful months together, forever couldn't wait. On January 25, 2008, we became husband and wife.

Since then, we have built a beautiful life filled with love, faith, and laughter. We are blessed with three amazing children: Anayah (2010), Bella (2014), and Elijah (2022), together we raised Jaison Anyelo and Jezabel, and formed a family of Eight.

What began with an iPod, a smile, and a simple question became a lifetime of love. And the best part is that our story is still being written. 🤍
